The whole staff was remarkable! No one wants to go to the hospital but my personal experiences have been great.
I had spine surgery and I cannot begin to say how positive my experience was. Every person I encountered-the volunteers-the nurses-the nursing assistant-the doctors -the physical therapist and the valet were kind and caring and professional. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
Daggum nurse practitioner tried telling me that I had bronchitis after I told her that I was exposed to black mold remolding my ma’s house. Since when do you develop bronchitis in five hours of being exposed to toxic mold. Fastest moving virus in history apparently 😂. Should’ve just stayed home and drank whiskey. Maybe next time I can get an actual doctor
Horrible! Charged over $12K for ten shots administered by nurse in ER over four quick visits due to rabies exposure. Over $2K even after insurance. All at the urging of the complicit RI Dept of Health. DISGRACEFUL EXCESS! I am lucky but how are most people supposed to afford this?

I was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer almost 2 years ago and what a scare. I met Dr. Rizack and the staff in oncology who saved my life!! They are so professional and answer all your questions and sometimes just talk to you to make you feel better. Dr. Smythe has taken over and is also wonderful.. I can’t say thank you enough for all you do. You gave me hope and strength to fight this!! Thank you, Dawn Wellington
The maternity center is amazing.... every time I’ve been there everyone has been so pleasant. Lori Kelley is my midwife she is truly amazing!!! Cynthia Voyas delivered my first baby and she was amazing she didn’t pressure me to go through with anything... I highly recommend birthing here ... and the lactation department is amazing as well!!!
If u want to wait 6-8 hours in a Emergency Room waiting to be seen then this is the place for you. They are constantly under staffed. Then they spend all this money on PR. You want a good rating? How about more doctors and nurses in the emergency room for less wait times. Ask the locals in this area the ER is a nightmare. Going to the ER shouldn't be worse than the DMV. They have the money and resources to have more staff but they choose not to because they're cheap.
