Dr. Melanie Bowdy front of office staff is very combative, rude and unhelpful. No patient friendly service awareness. We will be changing doctors due to her staff.
my dr berschied won’t run vitamins panel to see where deficiencies are and let’s my Vit D go down to 20 before doing anything and i have hashimoto thyroiditis. and more than once from this office won’t do a phone appointment to talk about labs since being a patient there i’ve lost my ability to work , walk, my figure, and have gained pain and feel like i am under cared for by this team .
