I was seen much faster than I expected. Nicole was very sweet and welcoming. Brooke was very kind, thorough and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes with the prescription I needed.
I went to this Urgent Care on 3/2 for a strep test and a Covid test. Months later I received a bill from Surgicare from that date for over $200 for a soft walking boot. I did not receive a soft walking boot obviously. I called South County Health and they said they would look into it. It’s been at least a month and I am still getting calls from Surgicare after explaining the situation to them. I am tempted to contact the AG’s office to report them for fraudulent billing and I will if this is not resolved soon.
Recently had to visit due to some really bad back pain. My nurse and nurse practitioner were both amazing. I was seen in a timely manner. The exam was thorough without feeling like they did anything unnecessary. I felt so bad because I was one of those crying patients, but THEY didn't make me feel bad about it at all. I felt so well taken care of. While I hope I don't need to visit again, I definitely will if I need to.
