Absolutely love Sarah. I have past trauma and she makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I can be honest and ask her questions and she never makes me feel stupid or get annoyed that I ask a lot of questions, blame the trauma. I tell everyone to go check out this practice the staff is so welcoming and friendly. And work to get me the best appointments that work with my schedule. I’m so happy I found this place!
They have no urgency for patient concerns, i called them for 3 days straight with never getting a call back and very concerned about my health it took them 2 and a half days to call back, they leave results in the patient portal without a doctor ever calling you to go over what the results mean, overall no communication whatsoever
My lady goes here for woman’s health her dr and the dr nurse A1 but a certain team that’s on just throws this whole place off my lady is going through a touch situation right now mentally and physically and the first time she got the ultrasound I was aloud in the room with her so she had to go back to check it as per order of the dr and I was not aloud in the room this time but all im trying to be is her support this lady has no one just me during check in you have the other lady telling a patient idk idk idk idk on the phon... read more
I didn’t even get as far as booking an appt cause I didn’t want to call back after I grabbed my insurance card. The receptionist was SO rude no professionalism what so ever. When picking up the phone, did not give a crap about the patient all she wanted to do was hang up. Do not recommend. I’m sure the doctors are great but the phone etiquette is TERRIBLE.
