My lady goes here for woman’s health her dr and the dr nurse A1 but a certain team that’s on just throws this whole place off my lady is going through a touch situation right now mentally and physically and the first time she got the ultrasound I was aloud in the room with her so she had to go back to check it as per order of the dr and I was not aloud in the room this time but all im trying to be is her support this lady has no one just me during check in you have the other lady telling a patient idk idk idk idk on the phon... read more
I didn’t even get as far as booking an appt cause I didn’t want to call back after I grabbed my insurance card. The receptionist was SO rude no professionalism what so ever. When picking up the phone, did not give a crap about the patient all she wanted to do was hang up. Do not recommend. I’m sure the doctors are great but the phone etiquette is TERRIBLE.
I went there for an 11:15 appointment. Walked in at 11 did the kiosk, went to desk to register. Waited an hour, decided to go ask at the desk how much longer. The woman asked if I had already registered and I said yes with the girl next to her. She asked her and she said yes she registered me. She said she would call down to let them know I was there. When she was on the phone I heard her say oh she won't see her now. She called me back to the window to tell me the Dr wasn't able to see me all because the woman who registere... read more
