I've never dealt with a business this bad, Had a service call & woman on the phone gave me a time slot. Time comes & goes. I call & was told driver had vehicle issues so he would be there the next morning. Next morning goes by no technician. I call back & she tells another lie. She is a pathological liar. I get a technician the fourth day. Technician comes out & looks at everything. Says everything checks out but can't say why the house isn't staying cool. I call back & request a lead. We are home warranty customers. We have used this company 3 times in total. In the past they had a no show and been very late to appointments but we had not complained. However. The last incident this month July 2015, our claim was opened late afternoon July 8th with the warranty company, no return call by So. Cooling until Fri July 10. They scheduled Sat. July 11 appoint..
