SCS Nissan has always been amazing to work with. We usually get our vehicle serviced here and they never make the process confusing or take their time. They always make sure the car is run through the car wash afterwards and make us feel like we were well taken care of. We also recently traded our old car in for a new Nissan Kicks and Iain was a great salesman. The service manager Doug was great. Communicated clearly what the service technician found and what it would take to fix my van. He communicated with me throughout the day and work was completed quickly and got my van back to me and I was able to get it back in service Quickly.
Was visiting from Missouri when my bed cover seal came loose. Went in to warranty my new tonneau cover and was told the order would take a week. Stated I was visiting from out of state so the sooner the better. After not hearing from them for a week I called and was told the cover was never ordered and they are now on back order. They were now saying hopefully another week, which I didn’t have. Their solution was a temporary tape fix and then take it in when I got back home. No choice but hope my belongings wouldn’t get wet ... read more
