My friend lives in this community, and I visit from time to time. I like the location—it’s close to the mall, stores, restaurants, and the freeway, making it super convenient. The landscaping is well maintained, and I’ve had the chance to enjoy the pool a few times, which was a great experience. Overall, it’s a lovely place, and my friend loves living here.
Lived here for over 8 years and loved every second of it. Great great great location—walkable to everything: Trader Joe’s, restaurants and desserts, Orange County Museum of Art (which has free admission btw), Segerstrom center, South Coast Plaza, and more. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained on the grounds. There are 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym, 2 BBQ areas, and even a kids playground. Great Community with Convenience and Security I lived in this condo community for over eight years as an owner with my wife and son, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has security patrols in the evening. The location is fantastic—just minutes from South Coast Plaza, Segerstrom Center for the Arts, OC Museum of Art, and Noguchi Garden. I’ve been living here for the past 12 yrs all I gotta say is this place is Bogus security guards are lazy always driving in golf cart always in the office towing residents cars. HOA don’t ever do anything for the residents We have carports that he fixing. We need roofs that fixing. We have water fountain that hasn’t been fixed. We spend money on HOA for them.
