Unprofessional, always 20-30 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment yet charges full amounts for under 5 minutes. Asked for insurance receipts and never received. Dealing with family tragedy and had zero remorse or helpful remedies.
If you value your life or the lives of your loved ones do NOT GO HERE! The entire staff, save for perhaps April (she hasn't been brainwashed yet), is just after the bottom line, MONEY. They do not care ONE THING about you! I started coming here a little less than a year ago after my then-current psychiatrist passed away and can say there has been no decline in my care. From the lovely ladies at the front desk (love you, Elle!) who are both warm and efficient, to Dr. Quereshi, who has impressed me with her open, considerate and data-driven approach, I know I'm in excellent hands.
