I am very surprised that there are any positive reviews of South Coast Painting and Waterproofing. This is the company that was hired by the HOA at Island Breeze in Deerfield Beach. First, residents were asked to remove furniture off of their balconies. This needed to be done in one day. Then, the company rented a boom that did not reach the balconies. They failed to notify the residents or the HOA that they would not be working on the balconies until the end of the project because of this mistake. After several weeks, had I... read more
Very UNprofessional, doing a terrible job at my condo the Aquarius. Rude staff, poor protection of balconies, longggg timelines. Rude staff. Just a very very poor job- disappointed!
South Coast Restoration & Painting did an amazing job with our building. The professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. Melissa Goupee, Felix Bueno and Angel Sanchez make a great team. I highly recommend them.
South Coast Restoration has been doing work on our building for an extended period of time as part of our 40 year restoration. These guys are crooked as they come. Their workers take endless breaks, extending the project times infinitely. They illegally dump paint waste into the city drainage system and they got overspray on our cars and deny fault.
