Do not trust South Coast Med Spa with your face. I went in for acne scar removal in September 2024, and it is the biggest regret of my life. It is now February 2026—one year and five months later—and my skin is permanently ruined. I have been coming here for years and have had everything from BBL to micro-needling to Morpheus8 and many more. The staff is always super friendly, and great at recommending treatments to fit my individual concerns without being pushy or sales-y. This place is the only reason I can look like myself but refreshed without invasive procedures at 45+.
Professional staff that helps you navigate the options, provides the best options, and takes concern in the healing process. Plus - I looked like I had work done (in a great way) after my in office procedure!
