I’ve had two LHR sessions so far and both have been great experiences. Despite COVID, the staff have been very pleasant to work with and have been doing what they can to limit people coming in and out of the offices. As someone with a darker skin tone it’s always a concern about making sure the people doing the procedures know what they are doing and I feel satisfied that is the case here.
