Recommendedmy daughter recently adopted a dog from them...and has now put them in her will!!! (she's only 46!)...But her experience with them was worth her long drive from the north of Bandon!!
Keeping dogs socially active is very impressive. The animals are not just locked away but kept fed, clean and efforts to keep the mentally as comfortable as possible. The animals therefore make a better impression and attitude towards people.

Everything Incredibly successful at placing pets in furrever homes, treating those animals in waiting with love and respect. They provide a wonderful and essential service to our community.
Do bloodwork on your animals before you send them to an adoption event!!!! My daughter adopted a cat 2 weeks ago and 2 days after we brought her into our home, the cat showed signs of being sick. Now, after 3 hours of running around, trying to find out any information on this animal, we're being told the cat has FIV, Feline Leukemia or Covid. If a $15 would have been done, this poor cat wouldn't be suffering right now!!!
It is clean, and you can just feel the love! A community treasure for sure!
Really wonderful service and they take great care of the animals. (I volunteered with a rescue group and can see the heart that goes into what they do at this humane society.)
We have gotten our sweet kitty from South Coast and are thinking of getting another kitty. They are such a loving Humane Society. Great job.
