Cute pup, but be carful! They humane society in Brookings sold me a sick kitten in August 2020 for $90 and never told me he was on meds or Ill....I took him back to the facility three days later due to his condition not improving. They kept him over the weekend for observation per MY request. They did not want to keep him for observation.When I went back Monday Morning to check on him they refused to let me have my kids kitten “ ace” back. RecommendedI haven’t never seen a leader of a humane society so passionate to make sure every dog gets adopted. Takes time with the shy and even helps with finding good homes for ones that need strict medical care. Wether you are a rescue looking to place some dogs with someone who can find them great places, or a family that something tragic is happen and you are forced to give up your baby. South Coast Humane will do whatever they can to find the perfect match.
I can’t thank Jennifer and South Coast Humane Society enough. We had a great new addition to our family. And boy is she settling right in as part of our family. South Coast Humane goes above and Beyond. Their staff is excellent; friendly, helpful, and most of all have an immense love for helping animals find their forever homes. Thank you!!
dont get people's hearts up for a dog and then not help them. I would not recommend them at all.
Super friendly staff, super accommodating with our large boisterous family... all of their animals are very obviously very well taken care of and given loads of love. Great place for finding a new family member!
