My experience with DR. Kent – I have been a patient of Dr. Kent for over 20 years. He is always very nice, easy to talk to and he listens to my health issues. He is a caring doctor as well as a professional that solved all my health issues. I know all his staff from office manager to the front office and they are very caring and make sure that I am taking care of by the time I leave. Really Bad Experience with Dr. Coakley – Went to the clinic to have 7 stitches removed from my bottom lip after a dog bite incident. I was nervous about getting my stitches out because i wasn't sure how much it would hurt. Dr. Coakley did not have a very good bedside manner and did not do well at all making me feel comfortable. When he went to take the 1st stitch out he grabbed some skin from my lip with the tweezer. Dr. Sims is Fantastic – As walk-in clinics go, I was thoroughly happy with my first visit with Dr. Sims. She listened to my problems and treated my symptoms unlike the previous doctor I had been to the day before. The desk staff was a little rude, the wait time was an hour or so - again not bad for a walk-in, but Dr. Sims well made up for all of that. Will definitely visit again.
