Gosh the front desk guy is very rude. The doctor was nice but didn't resolve the problem.
Not only is Dr. Kaufman personable, he explains the situation in a manner you can understand. I feel that I’m in good hands with both Dr. Kaufman and his staff.
Dr. Kaufman has been a life-saver for me! I cannot thank him enough for his passionate care and the time he takes to explain all that is needed to be discussed. I have my balance in walking back, thanks to his expert care of my ears.
This doctor is an incredibly experienced and interesting person. I was lucky to get an appointment with him the next day, and I was really happy about it. He has a great, beautiful, and clean office with a very pleasant front desk. I truly enjoyed dealing with him .... I’ll definitely come back again and again. A really good doctor, highly recommended!
