Excellent and exceptional professional dentist! Courteous and friendly! Does a great job and accomodates you every single time, best dentist i ever had! I am 51 years old seen a lot of them but this doctor MASSOUD KASHANCHI is by far the best one i have seen! So grateful to had found him! Highly recommended too bad there is only 5 stars!!
Front desk was great. Hygenist was so rough and messy. Jabbed me in my gums with the tools, then has the audacity to tell me I was bleeding because of lack of flossing. I had blood splatters on my bib/napkin. She went super fast, didn't floss me. Dentist looked at my x-ray and read that I had an impacted wisdom tooth... I don't have wisdom teeth. Then blew air on my teeth, and examined them for a total of 10 seconds, said I was 'fine,' and said I could leave. Such a waste of time.
I'm glad that I had a pre surgery appointment before the actual surgery, because I was able to make the decision to cancel my services with this office. The dentist (I believe it was Dr. Kashanchi) came in and squeezed and rubbed my shoulders and asked if a cat had "ripped my jeans". I felt very uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk tried to tell me that I had to purchase extra treatment for my surgery that was not covered by insurance, which felt like a huge money grab. I hate dentists offices but this office is by far the best and most efficiently running office with the highest quality of respect from the staff. The women and doctors are A++++++++++. I would recommend this office to anyone.
