We moved out in early May, and this has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. They didn’t mail our security deposit refund until late June, well past the required 21-day deadline. No emails or other letters within the 21 days and this is California so at that point they owe us the full deposit back regardless. They mailed us checks along with a letter stating exactly how much of our security deposit was being returned - the full amount. We lived at their property in fresno. At the beginning it was good but it slowly showed they cared less and less. Complained to tne manager about other people braking rules in the lease and no response. Don’t let me get started on calling the offices. They don’t ever pick up at all. We moved out july 1 and today is aug 4 and i still haven’t received my deposit. I’ve never had this issue. Very unprofessional

I have had nothing but problems with South Coast commercial they have been very unprofessional regarding returning calls answering any questions attending to the rodent population in my apartment Just an all around bad company I've been trying for a week to get a hold of someone I'm so dissatisfied
