As a resident for several years, management has responded and resolved all issues submitted in the app in a timely manner. The new property manager Crystal has been great and empathetic as well.
Property manager is extremely unprofessional and building owner is letting the property fall into disrepair. No warning is ever given before water shut offs (non emergencies) or maintenance. Neighbor under me smokes cigarettes inside his apartment and it drifts into my apartment (supposed to be non-smoking property). He hasn't paid his electricity bill in months and lives in the dark, and invites his friends over and they yell and drink together all night in the dark and keep me awake.
