I have had nothing but problems with South Coast commercial they have been very unprofessional regarding returning calls answering any questions attending to the rodent population in my apartment Just an all around bad company I've been trying for a week to get a hold of someone I'm so dissatisfied

This is the worst propety management company ever. Crystal should have her licence revoked. Roach infested apartments and charging tenants at our complex $300 a month for trash.
My husband and new born baby are glad to be moving out!!! The last neighbors left animal feces all over the inside and outside of the apartment. The manager of this hell-hole is a greedy individual who is to cheap to have the unit's properly cleaned by Real Professionals who use enzymatic cleaners to break down odor-causing bacteria. 5 empty units in our 8 unit building as another tenant just left.
