Dr. Taylor rushed my eye exam, as a result two pair of single vision glasses came back so wrong they made me nauseous. On top of that, the women in the front and back treated me so badly that after 3 visits I left in tears. Those glasses cost $550 out of pocket and $901 before insurance. You would think they would be more kind to the people paying for their service. Those women were utterly rude and demeaning. I was in then out very quick and awesome staff got my glasses in a week.
I went to a new eye doc today and was very pleased! The receptionists were quick, efficient,kind, and very friendly. The rest of the staff including the doc were also great. Explained everything, were quick and kind, and took their time with me but yet got me in and out in a timely manner. If anyone needs a new doc then I would recommend them!
