I had a very uncomfortable experience during my hearing. The person conducting the hearing passed gas in the enclosed hearing booth and then closed me inside immediately afterward and began the examination. I was sitting there in absolute disbelief. When I expressed my concern, I was told that she has a medical condition. Michael Bryant, PA, was considerate, thorough, and professional throughout my evaluation. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the exam. I really appreciated his excellent bedside manner and the quality of care he provided. Highly recommend.
I had an appointment today scheduled for 1:30 pm with NP Kristin Seelman. I arrived at 1:34pm and signed in by 1:36PM which is within the stated "10 minute" grace period that the front desk confirmed. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist, Amanda, told me the provider had already left just a few minutes before I arrived.
