Not sure why Cleveland Clinic / Akron Gen forces you to use MyChart for a new patient appointment, and show you doctors and appointment times for this clinic just for them to call you 2 days later and leave a voicemail saying “Nobody at this clinic is accepting new patients and we’re canceling your appointment”. Maybe work on getting yourself removed from that list if that’s the case, instead of calling me so far in the future that I already had part of my shift covered for the day of that appointment.
These physicians are the best! They are so caring and most of the girls are Great
Absolutely amazing family practice! I have been with my doctor well over 30 years, but whether I see him or the other 2 doctors on staff, they are all caring and listen! The nurses and office staff remember your name and make you feel welcome. I dred the day they start retiring, but I know they will vet the incoming well!
Not bad when you can actually get in the office or actually speak to someone. Every time I call I get put on hold for 5+ minutes. Finding a new primary care.
