People are free to do what they want to do but my experience just with the administration of this place tells me I would have better luck operating on myself before I would let these people lay a hand on me, a terrible experience from the time I walked in the door, or even trying to get an appointment. My hip has been hurting 7 months. Zane Newton was the 4th Dr to review my chart and the 1st Dr to put me on the right path to feeling better. First dr with a diagnosis and plan that made sense. He was kind, too, and the office staff were ok, no problems.

Their scheduling department is a disaster. We left 2 voice mails that were not returned and I ended up having to speak to 5 people over a two week period to get a test scheduled. The Spine Center is a health care provider and when a department forgets they are dealing with peoples lives, the folks in that department need to get retrained or fired. There is no excuse for making this such a pain and wasting hours of our time.

Well, I saw Dr Kilburn. Last we talked, he said the meds seem to be working for you so, just call our office if you need us for anything and let us know if you need refills. We'll, I'm in severe pain again bcz the meds stopped working, called the office only to get a( call the Dr that's doing your surgery) for meds! Although, they were aware my surgery is on a different limb than what they were seeing me for and each Dr specializes in certain body parts, they still refused to give me any meds!
