i honestly don't know how their medical staff is, but the front office is a nightmare to deal with. I've been trying to help by husband get paperwork for a disability claim. When I've tried to call the office , I've never been on hold less than 13 minutes, and sometimes, it says you're #1 in the queue and no one ever answers. We asked for and paid for forms to be filled out for the VA, and when we recieved the forms, they filled it out with old data after swearing it was new. Simply a nightmare. made me wait half an hour past my appointment time, then saw me for about 5 minutes. in the end I got billed for them to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover anything... too bad. Shouldn't have wasted my time or my money, they wasted both.
