Very accommodating and personable. Provided all information in order to make a qualified decision.
The associate was very knowledgeable and professional. There was not a receptionist there though.
Took my mother for new hearing aids and we experienced a professional evaluation with excellent education regarding the outcome of the exam. I look forward to Wades assistance with getting Moms hearing restored.
I was very pleased with my visit with Wade. He made me feel very comfortable about my hearing loss and he was very thorough with my hearing testing and explaining the results of my test to me. He was very knowledgeable about hearing loss and I would highly recommend anyone with hearing problems to go there. It was a great experience for me .
