Very clean hotel with friendly staff. No breakfast tho. Whenever I'm in the area again I will definitely return.

Raising to two stars strictly because the cleaning staff were actually very nice and helpful. I initially felt it was unsafe, but the location was convenient for me to get to work at the time, however. Stayed there for a total of around 18 days no congruently. The first night I stayed the person at the front desk tried to charge me $30 more than what I had a reservation for until I reminded her I had a reservation. That room was fine. It was a king bed.
