I had a couple of minor procedures here recently, and was extremely happy with how everything went, from arrival to departure. All staff were friendly, professional and caring. I especially enjoyed the roast beef sandwich as I had fasted for almost 2 days! The only query I have is why I was asked the same questions that I had already answered on the pre-admission form. Other than that, the whole process was seamless. Thank you.
Had a BA/BL yesterday with my surgeon at this hospital and the hospital was absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly and accomodating, the hospital modern and fresh and the bed side manner from all of the staff from start to finish was just incredible. Thank you all for taking care of me, one happy patient.
I honestly can’t believe how kind and caring the nurses were. I have never felt so looked after in my life. They were incredibly patient and compassionate, and they even stayed back because I wasn’t ready to be discharged until the evening. Nothing felt rushed and I was made to feel completely safe and supported the entire time.
