Staff is nice, but they talk tooooooo much! They just need more efficiency. Everyone waiting for them to finish laughing and chatting with every patient and each other in between. 30 mins could have been 10mins. It’s dirty and dated.
Very disappointed with this site unfortunately, (Nothing new Im sure!) Last time I did a walk-in at 9am about 10 people waiting and I had signed in, 45min later I left they reached out via text letting me know I can come back after 1hr 15 min wait. This time I decided hey let me schedule an appointment MAYBE that would help. Today I had an appointment at 8:45am got here at 8:35am to check in. Walked into an empty lobby with no receptionist or instructions. After checking myself in and waiting for half an hour I was told they couldn't preform ny test and told me to go to a different location.
This location was very quick with kiosks to check in quickly and the workers were very kind and respectful during my visit. There was a 20 or so minute wait time due to few staff, but it flowed well once it was my turn. I would recommend this location.
