Made appts and weren't seen at our appt times. What's the point of holding your spot in line if everyone is still going to go in front of you anyways?
No one working at the front desk.. just needed to pick up a collection kit and was told i needed to wait until the other 10 people infront of me got their labs done. Staff was not friendly or helpful
Never have I had such an awful experience or been treated how I was at this place. White employee covered in tattoos and had braces. My appt was at 9am. Didn’t get called back until 10am. No hi. No how is your morning, sorry for the wait we are super busy, nothing. Doctor is an online doctor dictated thru insurance. Multiple doctors work at the facility that can order tests. I told her that. Then she asked what test. I said my app simply states blood test. She says she can’t give a test if I don’t even know what I’m getting.... read more
