I got there at 8AM when they opened. I was there waiting until 9:55AM with 3 other people also waiting since 8AM when they opened. All of us told them 1.5 hours in that we had been waiting since opened, and they acted like they didnt know?! Meanwhile they are back laughing and having a good ol time. 2 HOURS I wait to just get blood drawn. Ridiculous
University Commons location. S l o w. Clearly a poorly managed facility. It took 30 minutes for 4 staff to see 3 people. I was number 5 and left without my labs done because I didn’t know I needed to take half a day of PTO to get annual bloodwork.
Friendly professional staff!
Clean calm facility. Caring staff that kept us informed of patient load and other area Labcos we could frequent. 5 stars for staff kindness ...but after an hour wait...it is clear they need help.
