I love this location. It's bright and inviting inside, with friendly helpful staff. Sure, no one likes needles, but they've provided an amazing facility so that you can donate and help your local community.
Waste of a day off to *not* be told I was anemic, to go see my doctor, or what I could do to improve my hematocrit level. Considering renewing my 3x year double red donations 6 hours away in Iowa. At least there, the communication is better, and I’m *valued* as a donor, instead of being hustled out the door.
