Waste of a day off to *not* be told I was anemic, to go see my doctor, or what I could do to improve my hematocrit level. Considering renewing my 3x year double red donations 6 hours away in Iowa. At least there, the communication is better, and I’m *valued* as a donor, instead of being hustled out the door.
It’s always clean, professional, and fast. These ladies are very good at this.
Great donation experience. Spacious and comfortable building. Natural light. Friendly staff. Smooth donation process. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable!
Apparently they moved even though the website says the Lafayette location is Open on Saturday!!! Wasted time and gas!!! What good is Information if not accurate???
The human receptionist has been replaced by a computer, which doesn’t mean good customer service. It can check you in, but don’t try to get the lab results sent to another physician (unusual request, right), it can’t help you and neither can the phlebotomist.
