I love walking into the chocolate company. The smell is wonderful. You have a large selection of treats. Love to take friends from out of town. They love to go there and take treats home with them
Since my boyfriend and I were walking around downtown, we decided to stop in and get ourselves some ice cream and some coffee. As soon as we walked in the ice cream shop part of the store all we could see was the person behind the counter on her cell phone and laughing at whatever she was looking at. After that we went to get some coffee, the two people behind the counter started laughing suddenly while we were still up there paying. My boyfriend asked if he missed something. Don't know about the others, but the store in Columbus, Ohio has posted "No Guns Allowed"! I left as soon as I saw the sign, never to return.

This is a franchise store and it not owned by the same person as all of the other ones. Please come visit another store.
The place offers the worst customer service in South Bend. On multiple occasions, the workers were rude to not only me me but my friends as well. One mocked one of my friends behind her back. On multiple occasions, the cashiers failed to notice my presence by their register. Most recently, the cashier didn't even look me in the eye when she said "thank you" and didn't even smile (on top of ignoring me at the register for a solid thirty seconds).
