This company is horrible both in repair service AND customer service. We were forced to go with them because of our home warranty AHS and they came to repair our AC unit with a new compressor and it has not even been 3 months and the unit is out AGAIN! When we called to report the problem the woman who took the call LAUGHED in our face at our situation! RUN away from this company if you expect professional service and repair! 🤬

Oscar was the technician assigned to my American Homeshield claim. He was very prompt, courteous and polite. He was here at the time he indicated yesterday. A part needed to be replaced and he was out first thing this morning to replace it. My AC had started working again so it wasn't an urgent fix. Oscar explained what we could do to prevent this from happening and if it did happen again, what to look for so we could have the AC working until a technician could be out. We used them last year to replace our upstairs A/C unit outside and was very pleased with not only their price but the customer service. So when our downstairs unit went out we knew who to call. Simply amazing. Quick, clean, full service that we will never call anyone else. 5 ⭐️ rating!!

Christmas Eve our heater goes out! What a calamity! I called them December 26th and not only did they come out right away, they knew what was wrong, had the parts in stock, and fixed it right then right there. Cannot say thank you enough. I praise God we praise God for you thank you

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Was called out twice for the same problem. First time no fix or call back about anything. Called the front desk only to get curved by the lady there who didn't have a clue about anything. Second call out for service the tech JASON calls and says he is too big to fit in the attic and he not crawling across the house from garage access because i don't have attic access inside the house. Very rude company and very unprofessional. I wish i can give them 0 stars and 4 thumbs down.

Worst AC Company in Houston. They were called out to two of my rental properties through home warranty service. First home they did nothing but turn on the ac unit, and leave. Never fixed the issue, then I had to have another contractor come out and fix the issues. Comments from the AC tech, these unskilled, lazy companies give us all a bad name. Good Luck getting them to come out! I scheduled an appointment with them to fix my furnace. I called at the appointment time to make sure they were coming out and was told they canceled the appointment. They "called me on Monday but were unable to leave a message" If there's no message how am I supposed to know they aren't coming? I took off work to be home in time, only to find this out. Call someone else. This company is NOT reliable.

After getting an outrageous quote from a large A/C company in the area, I called SouthBelt. Jason came out within hours and this decision saved us thousands (not hundreds...thousands). Excellent service, honest and fair pricing, friendly technicians and quality work. And how could I have forgotten who owned the company...Mrs. Carpenter was my 3rd grade teacher (and one of my favorites)!!! Well, that was a long time ago. ;) Thank you again!!
