I had a problem with my prototype prosthetic leg and I contacted the company on a weekend because I didn’t know how I would make it to dialysis on Monday morning without having a situation, the on call called me back and dispatched Mr. Scott to my residence and he immediately diagnosed my problem took my prosthetic leg with him to the office repaired & made adjustments for me brought it back to me in time for me to make my 1:30 pm appointment at the Cancer Center. Not only did he expertly fit my new leg socket, but he also took the time to address all of my concerns and questions. It gives me a lot of confidence about the company and its workers.
