I really appreciate Bernard and Miles , they both were amazing in assisting me with Amazon delivery process, tour of all 4 buildings and most of all made my son and I feel very welcomed to our new community

$51K/year for 600 sq ft, sewage on my bathroom floor five times, and a manager who wished me Happy New Year by blaming me for it. They lure you in with a 10-week rent concession. Mine brought my net effective rent down to ~$2,974/mo. Here’s what they don’t tell you: twelve months later, I was paying ~$3,900/mo. That’s a $1,000/month increase in one year. How? Three year resident here. Filter for reviews within the last year. A private equity fund bought the place and ever since have been trying to squeeze every last dollar from residents… This includes new hidden fees around sewage and trash that can exceed $300 per month. Amenities that don’t actually work (the tennis courts are too windy to be playable and wind blocking netting hasn’t been added for over a year). A package office that runs days behind. We had a persistent leak under our kitchen sink that was initially hard to figure out but the maintenance staff worked diligently to fix and ultimately called in a plumber. Excellent results. Great job.
