UPDATE MONTHS LATER- It has been now put on my credit report as a debt collection notice. See screenshot They sent me to debt collectors when I did not owe a balance, it was a negative balance because my roommate overpaid. I’m still being sent debt collection notices over a year later. Apparently writing a review is the only way to get them to actually do something otherwise I’d just let it go.

After looking at 8 different apartments in San Francisco I decided on SBMA. A large part of my decision was the attentiveness and amazing service provided by the staff during the process. Erika the leasing manager went out of her way to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience, the General Manager Nate was super helpful and worked with me to resolve a minor problem I had.
