It doesn't seem right to me that this place has the power to hold a package only because their office closes at 6pm if you expected to receive something after that time forget it because they will simply tell you that they are not going to deliver it to you until the next day even if your package is right there in front of you … This situation is frustrating
Although still a new resident, I have felt SBMA has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is quiet, secure, and well-kept. The amenities are nice as I've made frequent use of the pool and fitness areas, and the leasing agents are helpful. Resident mix is diverse and everyone is generally polite. The area is a minute to the Embarcadero for those who value outdoor walks or runs, and there is easy transportation options.
We’ve been residents here since 2014, and this community has truly become home for us. The location is unbeatable, the amenities are excellent, and the building has always felt safe, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest reasons we’ve stayed so long is the people.
