I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
