George the barber there did one of the best haircuts with a hot-towel-straight-razor-shave, that I’ve had since being cleaned up by Tim and Tyler at probably the best barber in North America, the Executive Barber Shop in Fort Wayne Indiana. The space is smaller but the eclectic array of classic metal tin plates and nice tunes and especially George’s attention to detail and care made this a great choice. I’ll be going back. Place scheduled my haircut the day of my wedding at 2pm when my wedding was at 5:15pm then asked me if I could wait until 3pm which was already pushing it, but I agreed. So I got there at 2:40pm so I wasn’t late, he left and went ghost even posting on his website that he was “permanently closed”. I left and went to a different barber who graciously canceled his appointment for me.

I’ve been using “Barber George by appointment” for years now. He cuts my hair and my young son’s and we have had nothing but the best service provided every time. The salon is cozy and tidy and the barber station is well decorated and clean and George is very easy to talk with and he’s very knowledgeable about different men’s haircuts. If you are looking for a traditional classic men’s hair cut complete with straight razor finish and hot towel at a fair price, please give George at South Beach a try!

The barber here, George took great care of me and my son. It was definitely an above and beyond experience! The lady working here in the salon area was great very friendly and hospitable as well. They only take appointments, and for me that's perfect, I don't like waiting needlessly when I don't have too!
