Although the price is competitive for "like" properties near the ocean front, this is not the best property I have ever lived in. The cabinetry is old and fiber board, the appliances are outdated and counter tops cheap. The pool area is not family friendly; parties, beer drinking, cigarette smoking, rowdy crowds throwing and kicking balls accross the pool, occupy the pool area on weekends and it isn't always fit for small children. Very lovely community and well-kept. Rental prices are competitive (and sometimes better) than other "close to the beach" appartment communities in the area.
