I see there are A LOT of 1 star reviews for this dealership and now I know why. Take it from all of us, DO NOT BUY from or DEAL with these people. They are bait and switch scammers. Twice I negotiated with them in good faith over texts messages and both times after agreeing on an Out The Door (all taxes and fees included) price...they later called me to tell me it was more than that. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
I visited the dealership, but unfortunately, they didn’t honor the offer and promotion that the company provided in its website. Instead, they suggested I go to Hyundai, which I did and ended up getting an Ioniq5. It’s a great car, so thanks for that.
Two poor experiences at this dealership: 1) I scheduled a maintenance appointment after being quoted a specific promotional price over the phone. When I arrived, they told me that price was no longer valid because the promotion had ended. I explained I was promised it would be honored, but they denied ever saying that. Completely misleading. 2) I also tried to sell my car here.
