Visited the other day, looking for a new or used Atlas SEL. I was not approached by any sales people I found the layout of the lot to be confusing... Which cars were customers cars for repairs, which ones for sale, And which ones were used. Mainly I was not greeted, so I left and will probably go to a different VW location or by a Toyota Grand Highlander.

If you want a Volkswagen you should not only go to National City Volkswagen but make sure to speak to Joyce. My dad is a salesman who used to take me car shopping when I was a kid so I thought I knew what to expect. Joyce changed my opinion. Do not purchase your car here and expect them to fix it. No one knows what is going on. When we purchased our car they said they would get our door knob fixed. They have been giving us the run around. No one knows what is going on. Its almost like they dont wanna spend the money to fix what they promised they will fix when they sold the car.
