we use it for their dump station. call ahead of time to let them know you'll be going and they will have the gate open for you. you will be entering thru the left side gate. (facing the property) so if you're coming from Hawthorne Blvd it will be on the right hand side, second gate. coming from Anza it will be on the left hand side, first gate.

This is my go to spot to handle my RV's draining needs (sewage etc). There aren't many in the southbay area, but Mike, the gent who runs this establishment is friendly, helpful and accommodating...just make sure to give him a heads-up call prior to showing up...bring $20 during normal biz hours (8am-4pm) daily I believe.
