As a local general contractor, I've used several scaffolding companies. These guys take the opportunity to take advantage when possible. We installed scaffolding on a full house ($1800), then requested a change order for them to install scaffolding on 2 chimneys. The new quote was $2400. I assumed that was total since it's not a ton of additional work. These scammers are saying it's an ADDITIONAL $2400 for a total of $4200. Insane.
