This review is for apartment at 5551 23rd street in Long Beach.. My partner and I lived here for 18 months. Let me start off by saying at time of move in our rent was $1695 and so was our deposit.. we recieved $300 back of our deposit after moving out. Insane. Charged us $1,500 for painting costs… we honestly had like no artwork on the walls. Secondly, the apartment manager that “manages” the property does not manage anything.
