Horrible service! They left me on hold on three separate calls just to tell me they can’t do anything and go to the ER. Why did I have to be on hold for three different calls just to be told that. They could have told me the first time I called. So that I didn’t have to waste an hour on the phone
La verda el personal siempre se a portado muy bien con migo, de hecho contestan el teléfono muy rápido Todo el tiempo mi primera cita con ellos me la dieron súper rápido cuando, en otras cliiicas Me la querían dar después de un mes, Y me encanta La Dr Hilary es súper hamable siempre tiene muy buena actitud y el Dr shettigar me atendió por primera vez y tiene muy buena actitud te explica de muy buen modo así que 100% recomendados y hablan español todo el personal
Updated: They overcharge you with copayments! I have transferred to sharp OBGYN and they said copayments are not needed because of my insurance! But yet south bay (also in my insurance network) has been charging me $40/visit, a total of 160-200$…just go to SHARP instead! Doctors are professional and knowledgeable. but the staff are not as friendly and responsible. They have lost my medical record once and asked me to refill forms and forgot to send me digital access to my health portal despite me reminding them more than 2-3... read more
