Sara was amazing and very helpful when I emailed my inquiry. We scheduled an appt and she kept me up to date on the car in case it happened to sell before I could make it in. Once I arrived she was very attentive but was also working with another customer so asked that Skyler help answer my questions and get my process started. Great friendly service. Worked with me and financial needs and I would highly recommend both. Thanks for the Starbucks drink while I waited 😊
I take my 2011 mini cooper here for servicing, and I want to give a massive shoutout to Chris Henk. I brought my mini in after 1.5 years of no service, and she was in rough shape. There were multiple things that needed to be fixed and replaced, and the bill started to really add up. Chris did everything he could to bring the total cost down, and he hooked me up with a nice rental car for the week that I was without my car. He is a pleasure to work with, and I greatly appreciate him helping to bring the total cost down a bit.... read more

Jonathan Ruiz and Kyle Monroe made the entire experience LOVELY. Easily and plainly answered questions and were generous with their time. I don't think I'll need another car for a bit, but if I do, these gentlemen are the ones I'll want to talk to.
