I was so excited to purchase my MINI from Southbay Mini, especially after my not so great experience at Universal Mini. I had submitted my application and the Sales Manager, Junior, informed me that I was approved. Two days later, the sales rep I was working with informed me that approval was now $200 more than what Junior had told me I was approved for. My brother and I leased a Mini for my sister in law. The salesman John was very friendly and great to deal with but it took us over 4 hours to be able to get the car. Since I'm from Seattle, I don't know the details about how cars are leased/purchased in CA but this was the first time ever in my life where I was told that I had to physically be there to sign the documents in person.
