Jonathan Ruiz and Kyle Monroe made the entire experience LOVELY. Easily and plainly answered questions and were generous with their time. I don't think I'll need another car for a bit, but if I do, these gentlemen are the ones I'll want to talk to.
Atrocious experience. Flew in from Monterey to buy an older Mini 2002. Informed the dealer I was flying in so they would offer transportation to and from the airport and have the car ready. Transportation was not extended. We were coming down for a very specific model, color, and manual transmission like my wife wanted. It was a Sunday on a holiday weekend. This place has zero concern for its customers. We scheduled an oil change for 8:45. Jenny, the service writer, said "2 hours". 6 hours later (3:00 pm) I called and asked about the car. The service manager said "let me check, call back in 5" I did. Asked for the service manager. Jenny picked up. She first said the car/service order slipped through the cracks. Went car shopping on May 9th and left with a vehicle on the same day. I can honestly say for the first time in my car shopping experience(15 yrs), I left with a great experience. I've purchased many BMW vehicles over the course of 5 years and would rank my experiences at these dealerships in the following order. 1. SouthBay BMW / Mini (10/10) Excellent. A delightful car dealership experience. I worked with Will and he couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and he was able to get me a better deal on leasing my next mini Cooper — as compared to the deal I got on my old mini Cooper from the downtown dealership.. the whole process was really easy, pleasant, and relatively quick. I can’t recommend this place enough!
