I'm a property owner that rented my home. Marcus and South Bay Home Rental were recommended to me by my realtor. It's been a great experience with the team and hope you give them a chance. I would not recommend South Bay Home Rental, I had they do a background check for a property which they said was “completely” although they did a background check on somebody that wasn’t me because their background check is “generalized” while other companies I worked with did a more thorough background check and actually found my correct info. When I called to ask for a refund off the application fee they said a refund was not required although they clearly didn’t do what they were paid for which was to run a background che... read more

After dabbling in trying to rent out my place without help, I was relieved to have Marcus take over and get everything done smoothly and efficiently. Getting new tennants in went without a hitch. Communication is clear and responsive, and fees are competitive. Highly recommended, save yourself trouble and let the professionals manage your property.
