We came in to look at the Lincoln Nautilus and ended up purchasing the Mach-e with Justin. Justin was welcoming, patient, friendly, a great listener, and non-aggressive with his approach. His honest, relaxed, and easy going mannerism is what sold us. He took his time and showed us three different vehicles and made suggestions on what would suit us.
