I arrived a little early as the first appointment and the office was open and I was welcomed right away. It was for a follow up and it went quickly and efficiently.
My appointment was on time, the staff was very professional and conducted the various aspects of my exam perfectly. Dr Joshi as always is outstanding. He listens to my questions and apprises me of the status of my eye health always. I appreciate him and everyone at South Bay I Institute.
