South Bay Community Services, is now, known as, "Mentors." They changed the name and didn't tell half of the clients. I found out one day, just talking to a therapist there. The therapist, I have now, refused/refuses to read the notes that my prior therapist; prior to her, left.. which, I think, is unprofessional & not very due diligent, because that's what gives you the insight of the clients and the mental health issues or problems they have. Nobody knows how to answer a phone.. Always sent to voice mail.. Would be nice to get a phone call back or someone answer the damn phone..

I have seen Hope Koram from the Wakefield location in two seperate out patient programs, The first time I didnt want to listen I was the worst I’ve ever been but she was able to still teach me all the skills to begin self love and fight bad habits. After that I was more than excited to see her, I had improved so much since I saw her last and I was now disabled and my issues are less serious and she is such a fun and smart person and I love our time together. If you need Out Patient Care Hope Koram is who you want!

I was with a therapist for nearly 4 years. I was discussing my disappointment of my bday approaching, and getting older. His response was “jokingly” telling me to unalive myself. I talked to the director and apparently it’s not serious enough for an immediate discussion, as she said she’ll talk to him on Wednesday (I talked to her on a Friday morning). Absolutely disgusted by this place.

Terrible place! I should have listened to what people told me. The prescriber was a nut case and doesn't speak English well. The therapist was good, however I would not recommend this place. The manager is the absolute worst!! She never called back after I left numerous messages because I wanted a prescriber I could communicate with. I left the place. It is aggravating because I liked my therapist.
