Most EXPENSIVE service! Don't go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don't have to pay for. I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn't know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. Shopping for a BMW I called about a BMW X3 that was listed on their website. I spoke with Zach Higdon at Plaza and was able to get some quick details on the car and informed him that I would be in soon to test drive the car. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Zach and the rest of the staff. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and kept me company while Zach was prepping the car. Roll Tide Craig was great! I called to get a quote on a part and he decided to dig deeper into the issue. To my surprise, he found a warranty extension on the part and it was replaced and installed for free! Craig even worked with the rental car service to make sure that my rental was also covered. Great Cars I like going to BMW Northwest. When we look for a car, new or used they have a great selection of both. I can look with out being totally hassled and there is always someone to answer a question and help us when we are ready.
A+ for courtesy I bought my first BMW here at a great price. They do not try to convince you to buy a car or call you like you just broke up with them if you do not buy the same day. The staff are SUPER courteous and accommodating. Once your warranty expires you may want to shop around for service because the service is pricey. The CLEANEST car repair garage I have ever seen.
Valencia Bmw Has Very Poor Customer Service WARNING -DO NOT USE this dealership for service! My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW for service because it was closer to home. The car had brand new tires but 2 months later, the computer indicated that the car had a flat tire so my husband took the car to Valencia BMW. Worst experience!!!! Warning! Do not use this dealership! Their response time and service department is a joke. We have had nothing but drama with this dealership and we have owned the car for 1 day. The car's radiator light came on within 24 hours of bringing the car home. We weren't even approved by the bank yet so they towed the vehicle back to bmw...Then they try to tell us it's going to cost $700 for a cracked coolant tank. Mac Obviously you can see all the bad reviews online...I had a very bad experience with their service department and their outrageous prices!! Do yourself a favor and don't go there....
