We just had our house painted by South Bay Painting. It was a neglected mess. Painting flaking, bare exposed wood, termite damage. Frank Rives assessed the situation and replaced wood where needed and saved questionable woo if it could be saved. He also worked with our color choice to get it just right shade. I saw how nice my neice's house looked and wanted to know who painted it. So I call them for a quote and within days I called them again to start the job. Joel is very professional and will connect with you promptly and has a lot of patience if you want to make changes. I talked to him regularly and he listened to what I requested. I will be advocating for his business because I was so very pleased.
Joel and his crew are extraordinary. Prompt, professional, efficient, thoughtful, hardworking. Quality work. Terrific communication. Highly recommend!!!
