If you want to purchase a vehicle here, make sure you get it checked out by professionals first. Not saying all their cars are bad but I got stuck with a car that has bad timing. Took it back to get fixed, after a few weeks I got the car back and it was worse than before. Called the guy again and told me they where out of business. Friendly personnel but dishonest.
Michelle the manager doesn’t communicate very well on the phone , email or to her staff. We had her word that she wasn’t going to sell our Escalade , I gave her the promissory note from my Bank with proof I have the check for the vehicle. She couldn’t update me on questions I had on the vehicle, she said she would hold it until Saturday . Called on Friday and the dealership is closed all weekend and isn’t reopening until the 28th of June. She never informed her staff that we had a deal on this vehicle.
