Carlos is the best! He was very detailed in explaining exactly what I needed to get my car door fixed. I came in because my door panel was loose and my window wasn't working. He took the time to walk me through the issue, explained which part I needed, and even told me where I could get it. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind.I know exactly where I'll be going anytime I need something fixed on my car. Excellent service and communication!
Not sure if this shop can do the job or not. Called and asked for hours. Whoever I spoke to said to come over. I got there less than an hour later and shop is locked and nobody there. Called the online number and the number on the front of the building several times. No answer so I left. Hour or so later a guy calls and says he is out to lunch. For hours. Good luck with this one
