Nice complex, well maintained with a very helpful and knowledgable manager! Close to shopping makes it a great location.
This property has been transformed from a basic apartment complex into a thriving community over the past few years. I have been a regular visitor and have seen improvements to the landscaping and grounds including the addition of an outdoor seating area that everyone can use. The manager Christina has assisted tenants with locating community resources and has even secured furniture donations as a service to the veterans who live there. We have lived here for over a year. The management is outstanding. They very clean and quit. We have really enjoyed our time here and hope to be here for many years to come.
I lived here a few years back. The apartments are clean and nice. It is a great location; walking distance to the main drag of Los Osos. Best of all, the manager, Christina, is an absolute sweetheart and was very professional, courteous, and helpful at all times.
I live nextdoor to this complex. It is well kept. And freshly painted. With a private ramp entrance to Ralph’s it has great access to shopping for every tenant. The manager is very friendly, yet professional and well organized ... this is a great complex to have in Los Osos.
I was looking for an affordable housing unit recently and the manager Christina made it such a pleasant experience. She stopped what she was doing and gave me a tour of a vacant unit she had. That unit was rented and she did let me know that the waiting list is long but encouraged me to apply and gave me hope! She provided me with a list of all of the apartments that Peoples manages and I am now less overwhelmed with the process. Thank you again for all of your help!
Christina was very professional and she was very patient with all of my questions! I really appreciate all the time she took with us.
I took a drive over to Morro Bay recently and was talking to someone about how hard it is to find an affordable rental that is decent in this area and someone recommended I take a look at this gem! It’s very nice for an affordable complex and the grounds are well kept. The applications were right outside the door and so was a list of all of the affordable housing complex’s the company offers. If your in the area and looking for an affordable place to live you must take a look at this place.
I'm not sure where to start but I highly recommend South bay apartments. I've been renting for almost 3 years and any issues I've ever had have been handled so quickly. The manger, Christina, is very polite, easy to talk too. she's really made the place safe for my kids and really dedicated her self to keep the place clean, and welcoming for everyone.
