We had a very unpleasant incident with Kissinger a couple of weeks ago - which required staying at hospital overnight. At COVID times, I could not even be with my pet when he needed me, and had to 100% rely on the SBAH team. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. The staff seemed friendly enough. But they cooked up an outrageous bill for my puppy. I had taken her in for removal of a foxtail in her nostril. My other puppy had also got it last year, which cost me approx $300. These guys cooked up a whopping $1100!!. There were all sorts of charges in there that were unnecessary (shots, medicines) which my other dog had never gotten when she had the same treatment. Customer service was also pathetic. Best service！
It's a little pricey compared to other veterinary clinics and made it hard for me to have everything done in one visit so I have to space out my dog's visits, but other than that I was very pleased with the doctor, the technician and the front desk people
We are so grateful for this place and its exceptionally wonderful and loving staff! .. even at 4 am, they were so helpful and sympathetic! � Thank You � RIP Toby�
